1. Agreement Acceptance & Modification
Welcome to ClashVPN ('the Service'). These Terms of Service ('this Agreement') constitute a legal agreement between you and ClashVPN regarding your use of the Service. By visiting our website, downloading the client, or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement as necessary. Any modifications take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of all modified terms.
2. Service Description & Free Commitment
ClashVPN is dedicated to providing secure and private VPN access. Our network creates an encrypted tunnel between your device and the internet, masking your real IP with a proxy IP for cross-region access and public Wi-Fi protection.
Statement on Free Data
New users receive free data upon registration. Free and paid accounts share the same infrastructure. All multi-region nodes are available to free users; we do not tier speed, encryption, or node availability based on plan type.
3. Account & Security
To use the Service, you must register with a valid email address. You are not required to link a credit card or provide financial payment info during this process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Our Service supports concurrent connections for home devices and office collaboration within reasonable limits. Concurrent device limits depend on your account status and are shown in the client.
- If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately via official channels.
4. Billing & Refund Policy
ClashVPN is committed to transparent billing to protect your consumer rights.
Currency & No Auto-Renewal Policy
All premium plans offered on our website and client are priced and settled exclusively in USD (US Dollars).
Strict No Auto-Renewal: Our system does not support any form of automatic billing or renewal. All purchases are one-time, user-initiated transactions. Service terminates naturally upon expiry of your plan or data quota unless you manually renew.
Refund Policy
Because we provide sufficient free data for all new users to evaluate our service quality and connectivity, we generally do not offer no-reason refunds for paid orders, except in cases of prolonged, total service unavailability due to system failure.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws when using the Service. You must not use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Sending spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or participating in phishing.
- Distributing or downloading content that infringes on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.).
- Using our network for port scanning, vulnerability probing, DDoS attacks, or malware distribution.
- Attempting to bypass or undermine our billing system, concurrency limits, or security mechanisms.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate Service to your account immediately and without notice for any of the above violations, without refund.
6. Disclaimer & Limitations
The Service is provided on an 'As Is' and 'As Available' basis. While we strive for stability and use industry-standard encryption to protect your privacy:
- We make no express or implied warranties regarding absolute uptime, zero latency, or 100% connectivity in specific regions.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages (including data loss or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Due to the complexity of the internet, using the Service does not exempt you from your own security obligations when online.

If you encounter anyone claiming to be support on private chat tools asking for transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency, consider it a scam and report it to local authorities or the platform.
